Access newspapers such as New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Post & Courier, and more through the Rivers Library

The Rivers Library at CSU provides newspaper access to students, faculty, and staff for publications such as Post & Courier, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and many more

The CSU community can also access additional news databases to search for other publications in the U.S. and worldwide

"NewsBank consolidates current and archived information from thousands of newspaper titles, as well as newswires, web editions, blogs, videos, broadcast transcripts, business journals, periodicals, government documents and other publications."

1) Visit NewsBank available through CSU

 

2) Scroll down on right and click on Post & Courier Collection (or other South Carolina news sources such as The State)

 

3) If you select Post and Courier Collection, you will then have options to view articles in text-only, or as articles appear in print with photos and other illustrations

 

4) Next, select the current date or click on a previous date to view that day's articles

1) Visit The Wall Street Journal available through CSU

2) The main screen displays the current day's issue; you can also search for articles or view previous issues

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The New York Times "...covers domestic, national, and international news, and publishes opinion pieces, investigative reports, and reviews. As one of the longest-running newspapers in the United States, the Times serves as one of the country's newspapers of record."

1) Visit The New York Times available through CSU

2) Click on current day or previous dates - click on year dropdown menu to select previous years

 

3) Once you've clicked on a date, you can view that day's articles and select the ones you wish to view
